I am accepting new clients. There's a path through difficult times when you're feeling overwhelmed. I provide compassionate and nonjudgmental support, joining you where you are in your journey. I have years of experience helping teens and adults better understand difficult life experiences to find a way to move into clarity and peace. I support people struggling with addictions, codependency/healthy boundaries, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, "workaholism" and burnout, and perfectionism. I can help you learn new tools and strategies to let go of old habits that no longer serve you and practice better coping.
