Many teens and young women come to therapy when things feel like a lot - big changes, strong emotions, or questions about who they are and where they’re headed. You might be someone who feels deeply, thinks a lot, and notices more than others do. Maybe anxiety or perfectionism shows up, or you’re trying to understand your sensitivity in a fast-paced world. I work primarily with young women, especially those navigating early adulthood and all the complexity that comes with it. I also support young women with ADHD, helping you better understand how your mind works, feel more balanced, and build confidence in your unique gifts.
