I offer a warm, supportive space where you can speak openly about daily challenges, identities, and responsibilities. Therapy is a place to step away from expectations, reconnect with yourself, and explore how your many roles intersect so you can move forward with greater balance and clarity. I specialize in Expressive Arts Therapy (EATs) and work with clients across the lifespan. Using creative modalities such as art, movement, music, and writing, we can access insight and healing beyond words. For those who prefer it, I also offer a traditional talk-therapy approach.
