I work with adults and older teens (15+) struggling with anxiety, OCD, BFRBs, BDD, depression, body image issues, and other life concerns like role transitions and finding purpose. I have compassion for those trying to find their way in life and needing some help to find the strength that is already within them. With a background of studying and working in the medical field before making my transition to psychology and counseling, I am passionate about the mind-body connection and using a whole-person approach towards healing. I also believe that knowledge is power when it comes to mental health and am an advocate for spreading mental health awareness.
