Hi there! My name is Lauren, and I'm glad you're here. I am a licensed mental health counselor from Massachusetts. I work with adolescents and young adults who are struggling to find their voice. We go through big changes throughout our lives and that can be scary. I strive to create a space where individuals can explore who they are and build their self-confidence. Our first session is a great opportunity to get to know each other. We'll spend this time getting to know what's going on that's causing you to seek therapy and what your goals are. Our therapeutic relationship is imperative for success, so this is also an opportunity to ensure we're the right fit.
