A passionate clinician, learner, and educator, I draw upon my training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, my experience with mindfulness practice, and my knowledge of somatic and physiological processes to help you move through what holds you back. After several years working in community mental health, I am practiced in working with a variety of diagnoses, symptoms, and life experiences, and am confident that together we can find your way forward.
