One of my greatest joys in life is helping others. It hurts my heart to see others in pain believing something is wrong with them. I want you to know you are not alone. Life is full of commitments, work, stress, transitions, and other people. It is often hard to take time for ourselves. I work with clients experiencing a broad range of issues from anxiety and depression to managing grief or navigating divorce/separation. I strive to treat each client as an individual, meeting every client where they are along their life journey.
