Human behavior is a reflection of our inner world—a way we express unmet needs. Together, we explore the emotional truths beneath the surface (the wild) and tap into the inner strength and wisdom (the wise) that guide healing and growth. I have almost a decade's experience working with adults and children individually, in families, and in groups. My clinical experience includes working with people facing a range of concerns, including chronic suicidal ideation and crisis situations, in both inpatient and outpatient environments. I have received formal training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Rooted in the biopsychosocial model, my approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I consider how early experiences and trauma shape current patterns and meet clients where they are. I view my role as a supportive guide and witness, walking alongside each person as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
