I enjoy working with adults who desire to improve their wellbeing through individual therapy. I have spent much of my career helping Individuals navigate the physical and emotional challenges of cancer diagnoses and treatment, coping with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, and anxiety disorders. Supporting individuals facing one of life's greatest challenges has helped me to refine my approach to care, emphasizing the importance of identifying a patient's values and ways in which he or she can live their lives in accordance with their values. I strive to offer compassionate, effective, and efficient care to individuals. I offer evidence-based therapy to help patients reach their identified goals for treatment. Although I have specialized in health psychology, I have broad generalist training and experience to effectively address a variety of problems.
