My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to make therapy a space where you can feel understood, explore what’s holding you back, and find ways to feel more balanced and connected in your daily life. My sessions are laid-back, compassionate, and even have room for a little humor because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. My goal is to make this a space where you feel safe, seen, heard, respected, and are able to show up as your authentic self, all while keeping things comfortable and approachable.
