I'm Lauren, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Trauma and Grief specialist dedicated to helping clients address the challenges of life with confidence and accordance with their values. Together, we will attempt to answer some of the big questions that come with significant life events and major changes - “How do I move forward?, Why did I have to go through this?, Who am I now?” Clients often reach out about relational conflicts (family, partners, and friends), pregnancy and postpartum concerns, work related stress, childhood/familial trauma, or the passing of loved ones.
