I am a therapist who supports clients of all ages, backgrounds, and professional roles navigating trauma, various forms of abuse, high levels of stress, life transitions, chronic health concerns, relational challenges, and executive functioning difficulties. I connect especially well with individuals who do not feel aligned with traditional social expectations or who appear accomplished and resilient yet sense something is still missing. I offer a grounded, real world therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward in meaningful, sustainable ways. My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded in real life application. I value honest, respectful communication in therapy and believe meaningful progress happens when we can talk openly about what is and is not working.
