As an adult you feel like no matter how hard you try, there is deeper work that needs to be done. You want to get to the root of your struggles. You may feel like you’re never enough. No matter how hard you try, you can’t trust people or continuously feel anxious about your relationships. Maybe you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and at your limit. You’re overthinking things and feeling disconnected from the life you’re living and the life you want to live. As your counselor I hope to guide you to a life where you feel calmer and at peace with yourself. I specialize in working with those who have been diagnosed with cancer, have lost a loved one, or have anxiety. I believe that healing begins when we take time to understand how our past experiences have shaped who we are today. Together, we’ll gently explore your wounds, emotions, and struggles, creating space for healing, and a greater sense of peace.
