I am a master's level clinician who offers an embodied approach to healing by integrating mind, body, and spirit—drawing on dance/movement therapy and relational practices. I specialize in couples therapy, supporting partners through a wide range of challenges including communication breakdowns, conflict resolution, intimacy issues, life transitions, parenting stress, and navigating intercultural or interracial relationships.
