Schedule now through my website in my bio! Hello and congratulations on beginning your journey to improving your mental health, wellbeing, and relationships! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health with an emphasis in Couples and Family Therapy. I am currently working towards my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, where I enjoy the privilege of teaching and supervising Master’s students who are working towards becoming mental health counselors. I enjoy and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My theoretical orientation for counseling integrates attachment-focused, relational-cultural, and person-centered theories, while I continuously consider clients’ intersectional identities from an equitable, multicultural, and social justice lens. I believe clients of all ages are fiercely capable, and that you all know yourselves best!
