I am passionate about helping individuals overcome life challenges and helping them through tough times. As a therapist, it is my job to listen, be empathetic, help clients identify their emotions, and explore ways for the client to reach their individual goals. My therapeutic approach includes utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, such as CBT, SFBT, and client-centered therapy, along with some psychodynamic approaches. When working with me, I offer a nonjudgmental and supportive environment that is also fun.
