Welcome to The Light Within Us Counseling. Time does not heal all wounds, and if you find that you have tried various ways to heal but cannot think your way out of your stress, still feel dysregulated and disconnected, and feel chronically overwhelmed, my services may be for you. I can support you in regaining control of your emotional wellness through a holistic approach that centers on mind-body-spirit connection. I work well with clients wishing to increase awareness, insight, presence, and a sense of feeling grounded while decreasing reactivity. I use a holistic approach and recently opened a holistic healing center as part of my dedication to help folks access whole-person healing. I use meditation, EFT ("tapping"), Polyvagal exercises, & gratitude to help with healing.
