As a therapist I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore those untouched areas of shame, hurt, trauma, anxiety and more. I approach each client with kindness and compassion, while also gently encouraging growth and healing at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy can be both a refuge and a challenge, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore your story, uncover insight, and take meaningful steps toward change. With over a decade of experience in youth ministry before switching careers, I bring a deep passion for working with teens and young adults. I understand the complexities and pressures that come with these life stages, and I’m committed to helping clients navigate identity, relationships, and emotional struggles with support and clarity.
