Life is hard enough without obsessing over whether or not you ran someone over with your car on the way home from work (and sometimes driving back to check!) or if a headache is actually a brain tumor (and then asking chatGPT for the symptoms.) These thoughts may actually be anxiety or even OCD. We can work together to learn to identify them and find ways to manage or even stop them completely. I also specialize in working with young adults who are in dealing with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Young adults experience so many major life transitions that can often exacerbate mood symptoms and open up old wounds.
