I have experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds who struggle with various symptoms including but not limited to anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, disordered eating, low self-esteem, ambiguous loss, substance use, interpersonal challenges, and work-related stressors. I have special interests in working with folks within the healthcare field, new parents, college students, young adults working to build independence, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals wanting to gain useful coping skills.
