My goal is to provide a safe space where we can identify and examine thoughts, feelings and patterns that may no longer be serving you and could be preventing you from fully embracing and enjoying your life. Together, we’ll work to understand your unique challenges, identify your strengths, and develop tools to help you grow and build capacity with more clarity, confidence and meaning. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater well-being. My goal is to help clients understand themselves more deeply so they can become their strongest self and greatest healer. My approach combines evidence-based methods with a compassionate, human connection. Together, we can help you heal and grow into a version of yourself that feels capable, authentic and empowered.
