Hi, I'm Lauren, and I see therapy as a partnership where you get to dictate how progress is being made. My goal is helping you understand yourself - your values, your goals - while providing tools to navigate challenges in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to you. My background in education, from preschool through high school and working as an IEP coordinator, taught me how individualized support actually works. I bring that same compassionate, curious approach to therapy - meeting you where you are, not where I think you should be.
