I've supported fellow LGBTQIA+ folks and people with chronic illnesses for nearly a decade. Many of my clients are students, organizers, artists, educators, and healthcare providers. We might work well together if you're seeking anti-oppressive, affirming therapy. As a team, we can strategize about how to feel more empowered in daily life. I'm here to offer camaraderie and guidance re: sociopolitical stress, medical trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I can also provide a gentle landing place if you are new to the queer community or if you are managing chronic health symptoms for the first time. My approach is rooted in liberation psychology, disability justice, and trauma-informed care. As a relational therapist, I value building sincere and authentic connections. I also personally identify as queer and disabled, so my practice is often informed by lived experience. In sessions, you can expect me to share insight, encouragement, and resources.
