Lauren (she/her) believes that everyone has the capacity for change and healing with the support of trusting and empathetic relationships. She strives to create a safe space to explore the patterns in our behaviors and how the past may be impacting their present. Lauren specializes in early childhood mental health and supporting parents to strengthen co-regulation and attachment relationships. Grounded in trauma, relational, developmental, and attachment theories, Lauren uses an integrative approach, including techniques in play-based interventions, dyadic work, and reflective exploration.
