Often, clients enter my practice seeking relief from painful internal states, including sadness, unshakeable anger, anxiousness, or feelings of “stuckness.” Challenging relationships and life circumstances are typically part of their struggles. As a therapist, I honor the singularity of each person’s experience in the world.
