As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I hope to help you feel empowered, encouraged, supported, and help you through this journey step by step. As a mental health professional, I have gained incredible experience working with adults, children, teens, couples, and families through treatment facilities, schools, universities, and community organizations. My experience in these different organizations and facilities has allowed me to gain skills working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relational difficulties, and coping difficulties.
