My goal is to foster safety, trust, and self-compassion as my clients explore change, healing, and wholeness. I am accepting new clients and would love to schedule a phone call or virtual meeting to answer any questions about myself or the process. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families (EFT) through the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). My counseling experience includes relationship and/or marital conflict, family-of-origin issues, grief & loss, depression, and anxiety.
