I am currently accepting new clients! My approach to therapy centers on building a trusting relationship with the individuals I work with. I recognize that entering in to therapy can be a vulnerable and challenging experience – to speak to a stranger about your thoughts, feelings, fears, and dreams. First and foremost, I strive to create a space that feels grounding, safe, and compassionate. From this space is where I believe individuals can tap in to their inner wisdom, challenge themselves, explore their depth of mind and achieve a greater sense of understanding and peace.
