About
Through a multimodal approach to therapy, I help adolescents, teenagers, and adults become more emotionally resilient and able to better cope with their experiences in a safe and non-threatening environment. I work collaboratively with clients to determine the most effective therapeutic approach for their unique situation. Tailored to each client's specific therapeutic needs, my multidimensional approach combines aspects of several interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy and mindfulness work.
