As a therapist, Lauren meets her clients where they are, exploring their goals for therapy, and they begin to lay the groundwork for growth together. Lauren takes a cognitive behavioral approach which also includes being trauma informed. Lauren often explores boundaries with her clients, along with learning coping skills for many disorders, including anxiety and depression. Lauren also has a passion for women’s issues, and for those women suffering from fertility challenges and postpartum depression.
