I’m Lauren, a queer clinician who believes that therapy is a collaborative space for growth. I show up as a real person in the room — curious, direct, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My work is rooted in feminist, existential, and trauma-informed frameworks, which means we won’t ignore how identity, power, culture, and systems shape your mental health and relationships. I don’t expect you to fit into a diagnostic box; we’ll work together to define what healing and growth actually mean for you. I'm here to help get you to your goals, not tell you who you are or where to go. I specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re questioning who you are, trying to unlearn old patterns, or figuring out how to feel safe and connected in relationships, we’ll make space for complexity without judgment.
