Counseling is all about having a space to explore yourself, your values, and your identity without fear of judgement or expectations. My therapeutic approach is based on viewing my clients as the experts on their own lives and accompanying them on their journey to wellness non-judgmentally and with competence. I believe in using an integrated approach, as every client is different, and it is important to meet clients where they are at. My goals as a counselor include assisting clients in reaching their full potential by giving clients a safe space so they may engage in self- discovery and growth.
