My ideal client is an adult who has spent much of their life feeling different, misunderstood, or out of sync with the world around them. They may have a long history of anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other diagnoses that never fully explained their experiences. Often, they are insightful and self-reflective, yet exhausted from years of overcompensating, or "trying to figure out what's wrong." They are seeking clarity, validation, and an accurate understanding of themselves. Their goal is not just a diagnostic label, but a thoughtful evaluation that considers adult autism and co-occurring conditions that helps them move forward.
