Do you ever find yourself feeling anxious for no particular reason? Or maybe you struggle to turn off worry and intrusive thoughts? Is trauma causing ongoing problems including depression, difficulty in relationships and maybe even substance use? I work with adults who struggle with the pain of anxiety, depression, trauma or substance use. I provide skills training to clients who wish to improve their emotional regulation, develop healthier boundaries, and connect with others in meaningful ways while improving self-worth.
