I collaborate with clients from a relational and a somatic perspective. I'm excited to offer walking and outdoor therapy because I have seen how experiencing connection with the natural world and with our bodies can help us more joyfully connect with others. I work from the premise that cultivating these connections can offer support as we examine the contexts that have shaped our lives and perspectives, and grow confidence in our capacity to hold and transform our suffering. I've also received training in sand tray, expressive arts, and play therapies. Additionally, I've completed scoliosis mental health training levels I and II.
