As a maternal mental health specialist with over 20 years of experience, patients generally come to me feeling stressed, anxious, and/or depressed while pregnant or postpartum. I also work with women who are struggling to find work-life harmony, and with high school and college age students navigating young adulthood. With warmth and compassion, I will work closely with you to help you appreciate and understand why you feel and behave the way you do, and to help you develop new and more effective ways to manage your distress.
