About

I am a Licensed Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. I have trained and practiced in multiple settings, including schools, inpatient and outpatient clinics, a university counseling center, and grief support centers. I see youth and young adults. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety, grief and loss, behavioral difficulties, and trauma. I value rich collaboration with families and schools, and therefore promote the development of strong partnerships in therapy. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to learn, grow, and heal, so they may experience positive change in all areas of their lives. I use an integrative process, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology. I use a warm, collaborative, strengths-based approach. I am an ally, promoting equity in my practice. I am dedicated to helping clients identify strategies that are meaningful, practical, and effective.
