Hello, my name is Lauren Espinosa, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in New Jersey. With a diverse range of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress, blended family dynamics, relationship issues, eating disorders, family stability, and pre- and post-adoption counseling.
