Do you struggle with anxious thoughts, a lack of motivation, or watching yourself fall into the same patterns over and over? Chronic stress and hardship can leave us feeling stuck in loops we don’t know how to escape, destroy our sense of self-worth, and leave us questioning who we are. My clients are primarily adult individuals who have experienced trauma, whether an isolated event, or a series of seemingly small events that have left a big impact over time. I also have a heart for working with clients who have experienced feelings of depression, anxiety, life transitions, issues with identity and self-worth, and spiritual abuse.
