Hello and welcome. I'm so glad you're here! With over 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy, I am here to support you on your journey. Specializing in grief, trauma, and women's issues, I utilize various approaches that will encompass the body, mind and spirit. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR, both effective treatment processes used to address trauma. Together we will create a container of mindfulness, compassion and deep self-awareness to empower you to move through experiences that have previously felt too overwhelming to face alone. Clients have described me as wise, intuitive, kind and safe. My goal as a therapist is not to fix you but to guide you back to your own innate wisdom and resilience so that you have the tools you need to feel restored and empowered.
