I have extensive experience with adolescents, individual adults, and families. An additional focus is the mental health of pregnant and postpartum women. I come from a strengths based perspective and work hard to establish a strong rapport and connection with my clients. My treatment experience includes classic teen issues, perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief and loss, insomnia, adjustment to life changes, self harm, attentional deficits, learning challenges and trauma histories. My hope is to create a warm environment to help my clients build on their strengths, and empower change and forward movement in life.
