About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned a Masters of Social Work from University of Illinois Chicago Jane Addams College of Social Work and has a BA in sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My clinical skill set includes: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practice, relational-cultural therapy, solution focused therapy, and trauma focused therapy. I view presenting problems in a multifaceted manner, allowing me to develop a positive therapeutic relationship and understanding with my clients.
