Lauren Murphy, LMSW, received her Master's degree from the NYU Silver School. Lauren brings a background in economics and language to her social work career and as a result she is comfortable working with diverse populations, both in career choice and culture. Lauren chose to pivot into studying psychiatric illness after realizing she saw a path for herself in the mental health field and identified that what gave her the most joy was working directly with a variety of individuals around their struggles for wellness and living a better quality of life.
