In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. In our first session we will work together to learn about your goals. In order to learn about where you want to go we will need to explore some history as well. This will be at your pace and comfort level. We will build rapport and progress at your speed.
