My name is Lauren Guest O'Brien and I have been working in the counseling field since 2005. I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I have experience working with individuals of all ages but my current practice is working with adolescents and adults. I have expertise in a variety of mental health issues; my current passions are working in the areas of Anxiety, Trauma and Grief, Adjustment, Pregnancy/Prenatal, and Postpartum.
