My name is Lauren O'Connor and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who strives to create a safe and supportive environment for you to comfortably explore life’s challenges and improve your sense of wellbeing. I believe everyone has strengths and, at times, challenges that can be overcome with support and guidance. My ideal client is motivated to take a look at where they wish to make a change and welcomes taking steps forward.
