Do you often feel overwhelmed or like you can't get everything done? Do you often wonder how everyone else seems to do it, but you can't? Are you letting people down, or are you not enough? Do you struggle to find joy in everyday life or find it difficult to shut down the racing thoughts and enjoy the moment? If so, you have come to the right place. My name is Lauren, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois. I have over 13 years of experience working in a wide range of settings. In our first session, we will focus on what led you to therapy and what you hope to gain from working with me. We will work to set goals and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I know the first session can be intimidating; therefore, I strive to make sessions comfortable and work to meet my clients where they are.
