As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with extensive experience in treating a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and challenges associated with chronic diagnoses, I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and well-being. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling/Community Psychology, along with a certification in Forensic Mental Health and a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) certification from the Beck Institute, equipping me with a strong foundation to address complex psychological needs.
