It is my heartfelt belief that healing is possible. An initial part of the healing process is acknowledgment that you may need support during this season (or past seasons) of life, and that's where our work together begins. I have over a decade of experience in treating individuals struggling with co-occurring disorders and life transitions in multiple therapeutic levels of care such as residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient, and school settings. I am intentional in using approaches that align with each person's unique needs. I actively practice providing consistency in a welcoming environment, where once you have discovered therapy as a safe space, are free to show up as your true self and work through challenges while leaning into your strengths.
