Using a strength based approach, I strive to connect to my clients in a meaningful way, creating a safe space for them to explore difficult emotions, thought patterns, relational tendencies, and the ongoing impact of earlier experiences. I am passionate about women's issues and provide support and clarity for those going through challenging life transitions- career changes, relationship changes, parenthood, divorce, loss.
